I’m not usually one for Halloween, it has deep connotations which I’ve never agreed with. But I jumped at the chance when Nick wanted to do a themed skate edit.

Since making the Brutality Will Prevail – Root Of All Evil video for Ajay of BWP, I’ve been left wanting to explore horror-esque film making further. And what better way to do it than filming in a sketchy abandoned house in the Forest at Halloween?

This project was Nick’s brainchild, and although it fell a little short due to lack of time we had to do this, I feel it’s turned out really well.

One thing I’ve learnt from making this film, there’s very few good local street spots! Nick and myself found ourselves spending most of our time working out where to go, that was both decent and local.

Equipment wise I shot on my Canon 7D and Jag35 gear. I used my Sigma 30mm and a friends Nikon 85mm f/1.8 (soon to be mine hopefully!) throughout. And my  Tokina 11-16mm on the lines (trying to escape the over used fish eye look).

The track is number 3 from BWP’s first album, and the type face was done by my good friend Seb Chalenor
